Enzyme Supplements – Promoting Health And Longevity

Enzymes, by definition are long chain proteins. These enzymes are very specifically formed and held together by hydrogen bonds. Like a ball of string with very small strips of Velcro. If the Velcro bond is broken – the enzymes loose their shape. With no shape the key will not fit the lock. At this point the enzyme is no longer an enzyme, but just another foreign protein.
Inflammation is the result of having foreign proteins in our bodies. This inflammation triggers the automatic immune response by our bodies. The body attacks itself and fights the invading foreign proteins.
When the enzyme bonds are broken the enzyme collapses and is no long effective. When the enzyme collapses it referred to as denatured. This is caused by drugs, alcohol, fluoride, food processing, irradiation, canning and heating at or above 118F (cooking.) Since these enzymes become ineffective a protein enzyme supplement would be beneficial.
All foods that are processed have no enzyme nutrition, but contain an abundance of denatured, allergenic enzymes. The majority of which can be directly traced to processed food intoxication – food allergies.
Civilization has been the cause of the destruction of milk. Enzymes are destroyed by heat, addition of antibiotics and the addition of hormones to cows feed. Cows are kept in an environment that is mineral deficient and artificially prepared for long storage periods.
Eating In America: Most of us are aware of what we should eat. But in actuality, we eat foods that we crave. Which happens several times a day. We are bombarded with commercials for soft drinks, fries, burgers, sweets of all kinds, donuts and much more. As soon as we hear these commercials we can’t help the desire to have them. These foods contain little or next to no enzyme nutrition. They contain no enzymes which means even when we do eat them there is no nutritional value in them. All the enzymes have been removed through the processing of these foods. The digestion process now becomes the burden of the enzymes in our own bodies. Foods are partially digested or not at all. These foods now become foreign, so processed with so many chemicals and preservatives. This processing of foods is relatively new to the humans. Our bodies are overstressed in its inability to metabolize them.
Natural and raw foods contain nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. Processed food can be described as devitalized – not much in there we can use. The ‘foods of commerce’ are made to be sold, to last on the shelf a long time. This has nothing to do with human nutrition.
GARBAGE IN, GARBAGE IN. So what happens to all this undigested food? Where does it go? Well, what happens is, a lot goes in, but never comes out. A little vague? The average 35 year old has between 4-22 lbs of undigested food in the intestine alone, even according to the FDA.
However, this rotting debris does not remain in the intestines alone. It can travel to the blood stream and then be deposited in almost any location of our bodies. This is foreign matter and may cause inflammation in any part of our bodies where it becomes lodged.
Eating enzyme-rich raw foods is important in enzyme nutrition. With enzyme nutrition you’re not only preventing and treating your diseases. You also promote health and longevity.
